To keep your current Primary Care Provider (PCP), call your insurance company and confirm you stay assigned to your PCP at Primary Medical Group.
In some cases, changing health plans may be required to continue care with us.
Your doctor and care team remain the same if you stay assigned to PMG.
Your prescriptions will continue without interruption.
